The PDF is a two-page sheet: 3D view, dimensioned elevations and readout,
then the cut list. The CSV is the cut list alone.
Rendered with three.js
(pinned r186, vendored in vendor/three/); PDF export with jsPDF (pinned 4.2.1,
vendored in vendor/jspdf/) — no CDN dependencies. Carcass: sides full
height and depth, notched at the back-bottom to clear skirting; bottom shelf sits on a plinth
zone with a set-back front rail; top, bottom flush with the side fronts; internal shelves set
back by the same amount as the toe rail; optional 6 mm back rebated into the sides,
top and bottom (lap ¾ of the ply thickness, rebate 1 mm deeper than the back ply).
Weight estimate uses 680 kg/m³ for birch ply. The 3D model, the readout, the sheet
estimate and the downloadable cut list all derive from the same panel rows, so they cannot
disagree.
